Landscape Construction Manager / Project Manager- West and South West London

We are currently looking for an exceptional Landscape Construction Manager / Project Manager. It is a senior role within the company, working closely with the Directors on a select collection of projects in London and UK.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing the delivery of projects at the very pinnacle of the landscape industry.

This represents an opportunity to work on some of the most exclusive private residences in the country and candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive experience through portfolios and be able to articulate that experience accordingly.

The role requires the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope. The ability to meticulously monitor construction and design progress against target and present regular updates and reports is essential.

Responsibilities

Draft complex project programmes and monitor progress on multiple projects
Control performance against scope of works
Manage the Change Control process
Conduct performance reviews
Manage CDM and all H&S Standards of the company
Ensure compliance with Company Standards on Quality Control
Train and mentor junior staffQualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent appropriate industry experience
Commercial acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal skills and the ability to present information and reports to stakeholders38 to 45k + package
