Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Pay rate: £16.83-£19.23
Adecco are delighted to be working with a lovey client in West London who are looking to add a new member to their team in their London base. The Fulfilment centre manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably. The successful candidate will oversee the daily work flow of the warehouse; schedule and organise staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts, hire and trains new warehouse employees.
Duties:
Supervise Fulfilment Centre staff and daily activities.
Evaluate, manage, and report on Fulfilment Centre productivity to Supervisor.
Ensure proper supplies are ordered accordingly to maintain suitable inventory levels.
Add hardware to inventory accordingly.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding logistics.
Perform a detailed Quality Check on all orders going out to ensure client satisfaction.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Optimise employee work flow by assigning and delegating tasks accordingly.
Train, guide, and evaluate new Fulfilment Centre workers.
Ensure all employees are maintaining a 40hr work week.
Sustain excellent organisation skills and the ability to delegate.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks/projects
Assist in preparing shipping documentation and other related paperwork.
Attend weekly Manager Meetings and provide solutions for recurring issues and problems.
