As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will support the growth and development of the firm. The commercial property department handles a varied caseload of commercial property matters such as landlords and tenants and assists with investment acquisitions.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will:
Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of Commercial Property issues.
Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Commercial Property, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team.
Develop opportunities for referral of work and actively participate in business development opportunities.
The Commercial Property Solicitor will have:
4- 7 years PQE
To undertake and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Commercial Property Department
To assist with the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan
Good computer and IT skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
