A multinational US firm is looking for an experienced private equity lawyer to join their top-ranked corporate private equity team in London.
The Private Equity Lawyer's Role
The successful Private Equity Lawyer will bring experience and knowledge in the London market to support top-tier clients on a range of private equity matters including (but not limited to) leverage buyouts, investments, corporate restructurings, financing, and re-financing.
The Private Equity lawyer will also work with portfolio companies on a range of legal dealings related to private equity ownership including capital structures.
The Private Equity Lawyer
Qualified lawyer (E&W or common law)
Proven track record in corporate private equity
Strong technical skills
Strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication skills and client management
Able to lead on drafting
Experience of managing junior team members desireableIn Return?
