An exciting opportunity to join an international luxury furniture company who are seeking an enthusiastic and positive customer service specialist. This role includes order taking, record management, processing invoices, order administration as well as managing customer complaints and customer product allocation. The person in this role will be an exceptional team worker and great communicator with an aptitude for providing professional customer care throughout the entire customer experience.
JOB ROLE: Hybrid working Customer Service Specialist – possible temp – perm
INDUSTRY: Luxury Retailer of high end furniture
SALARY: £12.08 per hour plus holiday pay / plus all benefits listed below
LOCATION: West End / Hybrid role – 1 day per week in the Head Office (West End Head Office)
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Responding to customer requests and queries
Build strong relationships with external contacts and customers
Communicating with logistics providers concerning customer requests
Working with internal accounting team to ensure proper credit control
Managing customer complaints
Order management
Receive and process orders for customers through SAP
Evaluate and manage specific orders
Cooperate with sales force, providing and exchanging information on customers, discounts and stock situations
Tracking possible discrepancies regarding deliveries to customers and processing order corrections
Processing orders from internal customers for promotional requirements
Take an active role in solving any problems linked to the delivery of orders
New customer setup and maintenance in SAP
Responsible for all master data with regards to customers and order management Product Allocation & Demand Planning
Assisting with the management of customer product allocationSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in customer service
Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures
Experience of successful related work within a changing environment
Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual informationBenefits:
