The Role – Service Account Manager, Healthcare & Medical Systems
Following expansion, this market leader seeks to recruit a customer focused Service Account Manager, responsible for managing the service provision in the South for their Ultrasound customers. You will develop excellent customer relationships, deliver a customer-centric service solution, and manage the install base from end to end. It is a fundamental part of the role to strive for profitable growth and support the Global Ultrasounds strategy.
In this Service Account Manager role, you can expect to:
Effectively analyse to identify key trends and manage and develop the customer journey
Achieve the OPK targets regarding Point of Sale, Contract Capture Rate, Warranty Conversion, and non-contract conversion/win back
Manage the installation activities from customer order through to system handover
Be the first escalation point for all service issues and customer inputs (complaints)
Articulate the value of Siemens through regular dialogue with key customer stakeholders, promoting service offers
Your Background – Service Account Manager, Healthcare & Medical Systems
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will need excellent business and commercial acumen and project management experience. You will also require evidence of developing and maintaining customer relationships in customer-facing roles. In addition, you should have the ability to articulate clearly and succinctly. Experience in service provision within the healthcare sector is also essential.
