An international law firm are looking for an experienced Private Funds Lawyer to join their fast-growing team in their London office
Private Funds Lawyer's Role
The successful Private Funds Lawyer will work with a varied range of clients, advising on all matters regarding the formation and operation of private investment funds and co-investment.
The Private Funds Lawyer will work with and advise clients throughout the lifecycle of a fund and key responsibilities will be drafting and negotiation of fund-related transaction documents, acting as a liaison between clients and other service providers. In addition to this, there will also be opportunities for business development.
The Private Funds Lawyer
Qualified solicitor
Strong track record of working in private funds
Experience in PE and/or secondaries transactions desirable
Excellent technical ability
Commercial awareness
Experience of high-value transactional support
Excellent academic track record
Experience in an international law firm is desirable but not essentialIn Return?
