Income Support Officer Permanent

My client are well known housing company with a strong market presence who are currently looking for Income Recovery Officer

With the opportunity to work from home included in the job role you need to ensure that you are able to provide communication between the resident and the company with regards to their current financial situations. Ideally the candidate will have at least 1 years experience dealing with income support

Day to day duties:

Managing early rent arrears
Offering support to residents in order to rectify their debt
Dealing with new residents explaining payment
Issuing legal notices
Reducing arrears
