Charity Recruitment are recruiting for a Team Leader working for a well-known International Development Charity based near Waterloo. This is to start ASAP. This is a permanent role.
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for deal with donors and enquirer correspondence, e-mails, telephone calls, social media chat. You will contribute to donors’ newsletters, ensuring donors receive appropriate feedback on the campaigns they have contributed to and are aware of how their donations are helping. You will be responsible for departmental protocol policies for handling all types of supporter enquiries and setting service level goals. You will track performance and report to the management on a monthly basis, identifying areas for improvement.
As the team leader you will be working with the Head of Individual Giving and Major Donor fundraisers to implement a welcome programme so all new donors are greeted appropriately and their communications preferences.
Experience:
Knowledge of managing a fundraising team
Line management
Basic project management skills and time management skills
Customer /supporter care experience
Written and communication skills to a standard expected for communicating with donors
