CONTRACT MANAGER
Location of the Contract Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager: Hilingdon
Salary of the Contract Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager: £44,300.00 basic plus Quarterly bonus
Hours of the Contract Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager: 40 hours a week 08:00 – 16:30
My client, a very well respected and known group, is looking for a Contract Manager to join their company and manage the day to day running of a contract in its entirety.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Contract Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager:
– To ensure the safety and well being of all the staff
– To Ensure all remedial and service work is completed in line with the contractual commitments
– To ensure all compliance and P&L paperwork is completed accurately and on time
– To ensure good communication with the customer and Regional Contract Manager
– To ensure customer satisfaction
– To attend weekly/monthly meetings with the customer
– To manage and ensure both health and safety and ISO policies are adhered to
– To ensure good stock management procedures
Quality and Environmental responsibilities of the Contract Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager:
– Responsible for the management, compliance and upkeep of the quality & environmental procedures, records, and documents relevant to the role
Essential for the Contract Manager / Workshop Manager / Fleet Manager / Service Manager:
– Knowledge and experience of running a vehicle workshop
– A good understanding of compliance
– Excellent knowledge and experience of commercial vehicle service and repairs
– A good understanding of employee well being and health and safety experience
– Previous management experience in the motor vehicle industry
– Customer interface and satisfaction
– Customer care
– Communication skills
– Ability to create, manage and motivate a team
– Good administration skills and computer literate
– The ability to be flexible and a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
– HGV Licence desirable, but a car licence is essential
