This is a rare opportunity for a talented solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in company commercial matters to join our client’s bespoke firm in London. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial and IT matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance.

Responsibilities
General terms and conditions for goods and services
Commercial contracts in IT
Agreements for computers, laptops hire and purchase, and telephone agreements
Distribution agreements
Agency agreements
Competition law matters
Data protection and privacy matters
The Candidate
Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE
Solid experience in general company commercial and IT matters gained within a reputable firm
Excellent communication and client care skills
Genuine passion to be a part of future growth plans for the firm
IT proficient
Confident to work fully-remotely
