Our client is a large UK based logistics/ warehouse services organisation which also has a 3PL offering
The job: is a varied and busy role supporting managers at warehouses around London
Duties include;
* Managing and advising ER cases (complex and day to day)/ end to end
* Building relationships with key stakeholders as well as union representatives
* Assisting in compiling key reports
* Supporting HR projects and change management
* Employee engagement
Previous experience
* HR/ ER generalist experience, ideally gained in a blue collar /unionised environment – desirable
* Experience working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment
* Proven relationship building experience
