Clear Engineering Recruitment are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding business as we look to continue to develop our service offering in the Datacentre, Energy and Manufacturing sectors across the US and EMEA. You will join a company that has consistently achieved over 50% year-on-year growth since its formation in 2017, providing opportunities for staff to progress into leadership roles and delivering over 1,500 assignments across the UK, Europe and recently into the USA.

Working alongside our founders and senior staff, this will be a 360 recruitment consultant role covering both the delivery and sales side of recruitment while focusing on a niche engineering sector, over time, becoming an expert in both recruitment and your niche market. As you progress, you will establish and develop key accounts, taking on responsibility for evolving client relationships and owning the recruitment delivery process.
The position suits a confident, resilient individual that meets the possess the following.
Experience within the recruitment sector
Ambitious, entrepreneurial and financially driven
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal,
Strong organisational and time management skills,
Holds qualifications to at least A' Level or equivalent,
