HR Business Partner Permanent

My client, a law firm based in Central London, are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head Of HR, you will be working closely as the sole HR Business Partner for a division & you will be heading up a team of 2. You will be expected to shape and influence key decisions as well as developing and implementing the People strategy within the business. You will be involved within projects across the business including talent development and succession, employee relations and organisational development.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Supporting business objectives by partnering with senior leadership team and creating an efficient plan around hirings needs & sourcing the best talent for the firm
Provide support and guidance on various aspects within the talent framework including succession planning & performance management
Devising & leading on projects that align globally with the firm's DEI strategy that is in place
Establish effective partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions

You must have:

Specialist experience working at Legal/Professional Services firms
Experience of strategic agility, executing against a regional DEI strategy which is globally aligned and is tailored to address local nuances and challenges
A proven excellent critical thinking and analytical rigor, using data insights to bring about change
An outstanding collaborator who consistently demonstrates an ability to optimally partner and influence without authority and across a matrixed organization
Very strong communicator who is experienced in tailoring key messages depending on the audience, and is focused on engaging key partners optimally and in a timely manner
