Candidate Consultant Permanent

Adecco and Office Angels National Accounts Team are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to support our Public Sector CCS team.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to commute into our head office in Central London once a week. In this position you will support the Client Relationship Managers in there fast paced day to day tasks by ensuring that there is a good flow of available candidates and ensuring that all compliance and administrative tasks have been completed.

Duties;

Contacting existing clients and gaining insight on how our temps are doing and identifying any new roles with the client
Maintaining good relationships with both the existing clients, new and existing candidates
Sourcing candidates for various Public Sector roles
Conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by an online registration of the candidate to match the roles they are looking for.
Generating candidate referrals
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as answering enquiries and ensuring all compliance records are complete and up to date.
Administrative compliance; Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy, CCS Framework and relevant legislation.
Responsible for giving the utmost candidate care
