HR Business Partner (12 month FTC) – London – Possibl

Possibl is partnering with a renowned professionals services firm who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12 month FTC basis.

This position will afford you to work in a forward thinking HR role providing proactive, comprehensive client focussed HR/ER services. You'll play an integral position by partnering with business areas to achieve objectives while also having the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide expert HR advice and guidance
Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that support the achievement of business goals
Act as a liaison between the business and HR departments to ensure effective communication and alignment
Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees on HR matters
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Support on performance management processes and support the delivery of training and development programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
Provide data and analysis to support decision making and business planning
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a professional services frim
5+ years experience in the Senior HR space.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and laws
Experience working in a client focussed role
Ability to provide intuitive advice on ER issues
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
