The Company:
Our client is a long-standing organisation in the travel industry.
*** Hybrid Working – minimum 3 days in Office, 2 days WFH ***
*** Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30 ***
Main duties:
To manage enquiries and organise clients’ travel requests from start to finish.
The Role:
– To manage and respond to travel requests in a timely manner
– To provide specialist advice and support to clients travelling in France
– To negotiate suppliers’ contracts with regards to accommodation, transport and activities
– To provide excellent customer service and emergency support where needed
– To liaise with the finance department regarding invoices
– To carry out administrative tasks accordingly
– To attend exhibitions where needed
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French to business level (written and spoken) – Essential
– Experience in travel operations/bookings
– Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
– Ability to multi-task and adapt to situation
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– IT literate
