Business Change and Implementation Manager
Inside IR35 contract.
Remote with some travel to London.
We are lookingh for a highly experienced Change Manager to work across a large scale transformation and change programme across government.
The role is helping setting up a new change function and to assure delivery of the processes/ digital/ people/ infrastructure changes introduced by the Target Operating Model (TOM).
Key objectives for the role
* Develop an Implementation Strategy for the programme
* Establish key business change products to support the Implementation Strategy
* Scope the remit of the Business Change and Implementation team and interfaces with project teams/other functional teams in line with the Implementation Strategy
* Establish and maintain clear reporting mechanisms to support oversight and progress reporting on change activities
We need a project professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience of project delivery on projects in a high complexity environment. At least 5 years experience of managing business change activities and in managing projects through planning for implementation, implementation and go-live.
Previous Government experience is essential.
