Accounts Payable Clerk
With offices based in the UK and Europe, our client who has almost two decades experience within their field and is home to some of the leading brands is looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk.
Salary: up to £30,000pa
Based: South Wimbledon
As Accounts Payable Clerk you will be a key part of the finance team and reporting into the Finance Manager.
Hours of work: 8.30-5.30, 20 days + BH , Pension and free parking.
Closest stations, is South Wimbledon Northern line tube, or Morden Road Tram Stop or mainline Wimbledon Station then a bus or tram
Responsibilities
Work is for 3 companies – 2 in UK and one in France (French language not necessary)
Responsible for all aspects of receiving, processing and paying supplier invoices
Maintaining accurate records for audit / VAT purposes
Invoice approval by budget holders is split between Netsuite system and emails / paper depending on the budget holder
Approximately 3,000 invoices per year
Transactions in GBP, EUR and USD
Maintenance of supplier records – contact details, reconciling statements etc.
