The position is field based and involves installation, repairing, service and removal of my client’s product range. This role is a vital part of our business, and the role is key to ensuring that our machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of equipment on a nationwide basis.

Carry out basic network diagnostic work
*
To complete preventative maintenance
*
Refill and merchandise selected machines
*
Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities
All Field Engineers must:
1.
Have a minimum of 2 years recent experience with coin-slot/redemption/video machines (They will not hire candidates with only jukebox/pool table/fruit machine experience – it is very different)
2.
Be willing to work every other weekend on a 40 hour rota, 5 days in every 7 and pro rata public holidays.
3.
Be willing to travel throughout the UK and undertake overnight stays of 2-3 nights p/w
