Finance Manager / Management Accountant (No 2 role) £50-55,000 – C.London – our client is an award-winning financial services business in the Charity / Not for Profit sector, seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to work closely with the Head of Finance and the Board. (C. London / Hybrid – one day from home)
Overseeing a small team in Finance, this excellent Finance Manager role will include:
* Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, TB, P&L and balance sheet.
* Provide variance analysis and recommendations to increase efficiency
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, working with department managers
* Liaise with asset managers, recording investment activity
* Overseeing payment processes, liaising with banks when necessary
* Oversee daily bookkeeping activity, fee reconciliations and Sage activity
* Prepare VAT returns and support the annual accounts process and audit
* Liaise with operations, providing key financial analysis and reports
* Support the development and integration of finance and CRM systems
* Work closely with the HoF, providing presentations across the business
This Finance Manager role will suit a dynamic Part Qualified or Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, ACMA) with at least 3 years relevant experience, ready to take on responsibility in a high profile finance team. Strong IT skills are key, together with excellent communication ability to liaise across the organisation. An interest in investment management or charities would be useful
