This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and a rapidly expanding international business whist growing a UK team from a brand-new base in London, working with cutting edge gyro stabilised camera systems and navigational technology with vast travel opportunities and an excellent perks package.
The Role:
Work with Global Service and Support manager during prototype development to identify customer requirements
Generating revenue through field repairs, preventative maintenance, remote technical support and new venters
Capture and interpret repair and response times and identify methods for improvement
Assist in creation of training and service documentation to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain a healthy and competitive working environment in service centres
Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for Production staffThe Person:
Experience in gimbals OR camera systems OR navigational tech
Engineering qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline
Ability and willingness to travel worldwide (4-6 days, 1-2 times per month)Reference Number: BBBH6475
