We are looking for a candidate to feel the position of a Bookkeeping specifically using the Xero software in Hornchurch.
The candidate needs to be proficient with Xero not only with the day to day tasks of maintaining clients records on xero but also in connection with
1. On boarding of clients onto Xero – including full set up ie Sales invoices , Vat return filings, Bank integration etc
2. Transfer of clients from sage to Xero
3. Training and help with xero to both clients and other colleagues in the office
The position at present is 25 hours per week broken down as 5 hours per day 5 days a week . During the probation period the candidate would be expected to work in the office whilst we get to know them and see how they settle in . after that we can look at working from home. Currently most staff work from home a proportion of their working week – those that work 5 days a week usually work 2 days fully from home .
With regards to salary then we are looking at £22,000 per annum for a 25 hour week for the correct candidate .
The main thing is that the candidate is proficient in Xero and its workings – this is not a case of learning as they go they must be able from day one to understand how xero works in order to be able to teach others
