Supported Living Manager – Young Adults with learning disabilities and Autism
The Care Provider supports a number of people with different support needs, to include Autism and Mental Health
Lead a core team of support staff
Coach and mentor the team embrace person centre support
continuously develop person cemented support working with families and the local community
Contract Management
Monitor Performance
One 2 Ones with staff and annual reviews
You will hold NVQ Level 3
Be able to demonstrate knowledge around supporting people with Autism and challenging behaviour with a person centered support
Good knowlede of the mental capacity act
Passionate about supporting the individuals to follow their aspirations and life choices
Proven Management and leadership experience within a similar care setting
Resilient and solution focused
Nvq Level 3 and 2 years management experience
