I am currently looking for passionate Support Worker who are looking for a Permanent Job in a supported living home in Wembley
We do not offer Sponsorship at the moment.
The position will be day shifts (37.5 hours a week)
Please do not apply if you cannot commit to a full time rota
Role duties
* Write and review support plans
* Monitor residents’ wellbeing
* Supporting with residents needs (Cooking / Cleaning / going out into the community)
* Improve social aspects
Requirements as a Support Worker
The ideal candidate would have the following:
* Experience working with vulnerable people in a Residential Care Home / Supported Living
* Knowledge of administering medications and support planning.
* Excellent communication skills
* Great organisation skills
