As a leader and manager, you will be able to build positive relationships with staff and parents and carers of the children.
As a strong communicator you will be able to operate smoothly and to a high standard throughout the playroom, including children’s education, care, and playtime.
You will plan and adjust resources to continually meet the EYFS guidelines, long term planning and major changes will require you to work with the senior management team.
Supervising your team requires consideration and the ability to create and nurture strong and positive relationships in all situations. Identify and support with training requirements. Effectively lead your team to deliver the best childcare possible.
Esseential skills and qualifications
* Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS)
* Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
* Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in childcare.
* Have at least one years room leader or supervisory experience
