C# .Net Developers. £50k to £75k
Edinburgh or London based – hybrid working – 2 to 3 days per week in office
We are working with a global, fast growth FinTech business based in the UK. They employ 4500+ across 20 locations including north America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Recently raised $1.5 billion in one of the largest ever primary capital raises. They are well funded to build out their software engineering team to partner with a Tier 1 UK financial institutions in wealth management on a new venture.
You will work in a dynamic team focussing on delivering a world class asset servicing function that will help meet the needs of external clients. You will have the chance to enhance and fine tune your coding ability while developing real financial platforms with a global industry leader.
Developers here are all-rounders who analyse required system changes, design databases, write complex financial business logic and create slick web applications, delivered through .Net, C#, React, JQuery, SQL and other technologies. However, they are also passionate about exploring the newest technologies and incorporating them into our development.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft development products (including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC and SQL Server), jQuery, Java, CSS.
A confident developer who is able to take initiative in a delivery-focused environment.
Independent with a self-directing work style.
Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as part of a high-performance team.
Passionate about creating innovative solutions for customers.
Experience with web development and an understanding of web services
Ideally familiarity with financial products and financial services.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication and a passion for technology and coding, along with a desire to quickly learn new technologies.
