Family owned, 60-year-old + scaffolding company is looking for a Contracts Manager
The Company:
·The work is generally commercial refurbishment
·A very good reputation in the heritage sector
·Circa £5m turnover
·20/30 projects at any one time
·Long-standing staff members – very friendly, happy and loyal work force
Wish list:
·A contracts manager with a background working for Scaffolding contractors
·Can do basic estimating (visit sites, look at access to getting their materials in, measure up on site etc.)
·Located in South East London (or easy commute)
·Versatile | Polite | Gets on with people | Easy to talk to
·Willing to progress
·Depending on experience, there is very much an opportunity to introduce new clients to the business
