The Role – Electrical Project Manager
The initial project will be working on an ultra lux, duplex in Grosvenor Square worth £40m. They have the M&E package on this job and there will be 4 (electrical site manager and project manager and mechanical site manager and project manager) of you based on site although as the project manager your time will be split between the office and site. As this is an ultra lux job attention to detail is going to be key so having experience delivering high requirement specs would be ideal. They have the M&E package on this job
While not a huge project the length of the project is longer than usual due to the nature of the work so a lot of your time will be taken up with organising the work, double checking the work orders and quality of work being done alongside your site manager as well as liaising with the client to make sure that everything is exactly how it should be.

The company have been operating for over 20 years with a turnover of over £50m. They operate in the commercial fit out, residential, healthcare and education sectors.
Remuneration
No two project managers are the same so the range in salaries can be large on occasion. Depending on the experience you bring and the value to the business you can expect anywhere between £60,000 & £70,000 + travel.
