A medium sized practice, specialising in the prime residential and luxury architectural sector has a vacancy for an Architect. Reporting to a Project Architect or Partners, you will be assisting the team on major projects across both the design and delivery stages or you will take full responsibility for smaller projects.
The ideal candidate will have worked on luxury projects, ideally in the residential or retail sectors. Experience working across all stages is required including NBS specification writing. You will also require a strong understanding of the UK building and CDM regulations. The practice uses ArchiCad and a working knowledge of this package is required.
