Due to a recent contract win, Morrison Water Services are looking to recruit a Senior Safety, Health, Environment and Wellbeing Manager to work on our Southeast Based Contracts (London and Home Counties). The contract currently delivers a high standard of Health & Safety. Due to increasing workloads and expansion of delivery type and area we need to enhance the SHEQW delivery even further.
The Senior SHEQW Manager will be required to work collaboratively with our client Thames Water. This is to safely deliver a range of Programmes from high volume low value to complex engineering projects. This will cover several different workstreams and multiple locations.
As the Senior SHEW Manager will provide support, guidance and expertise. Aiding the Operations Manager and Contract Director in achieving a world class safety, health, environment and wellbeing culture. They will achieve this working closely and collaboratively with the other members of the senior team. Supporting the team by providing them with an effective management system covering Health & Safety, safety culture and behaviour and environment. All whilst maintaining an excellent, collaborative relationship with Thames Water.
As the Senior SHEQW Manager you will be the principal point of contact for senior Thames Water Health & Safety personnel. You will produce reports where required and ensure inspection and auditing regime across the contract.
Do you have civil engineering safety experience?
Do you have safety qualifications such as NEBOSH National Diploma or Safety related degree?
Do you have experience of delivering continuous improvement in health & safety performance?
Are you experienced in managing a team?
Are you experienced in utility operations?
