Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of working with an AJ Top 100 Architectural Practice on an Architectural Technologist vacancy for their office in London. Our client are expanding due to the influx of projects in their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work and develop within a progressive, award winning Architectural Practice.
The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist is likely to be proficient with Revit, and ready to work on some exciting larger scale projects in and around London. As a multidisciplinary Architectural Practice, their next recruit could have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors such as Commercial, Hotel, Leisure, Residential, Student Accommodation, and some Interiors. Architectural Technician / Architectural Technologist Technologist Position Overview
Working on a range of projects with a commercial flair
Using Revit and Microstation on a daily basis
Possibility of running projects and working RIBA 0-7 for more experienced candidates
Producing technical designs and technical drawings
Provide technical guidance to clients and liaise with construction design teams
Architectural Technician / Architectural Technologist Technologist Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience post qualification
Very strong technical background within RIBA stages 3 / 4
Experienced on projects within a range of sectors but ideally, Residential, hotels and multi-unit
Ideally Proficient with Revit and Microstation
Experience on large scale and high rise projects would be advantageous
