A specialist contractor within the carpentry / joinery sector has an immediate requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The requirement is for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in carpentry & joinery work.
Quantity Surveyor Duties include (but not limited to):
·Procurement | Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders for sub-contractors | placing and negotiating of contracts | pre-start meetings | payments of contractors | monthly cost reports
Key Skills / Experience:
·Carpentry | Joinery | Commercial Fit Out
This role may also be known as Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, and Cost Manager.
