About the company
My client is a Tier 1 contractor who has a well known project in West London, they are responsible for the final design, construction and commissioning of the project. We are now looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
About the role
You will be reporting to the Commercial Manager & working closely with the Project team for all commercial aspects of a project or sections or particular scope of a project.
Engaging with clients and developing, growing and maintaining relationships.
Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables.
Preparation of management accounts including project cost and value reporting
Subcontract procurement and management
Change Management including raising and valuing variations /compensation events
Requirements
8+ year of experience, Degree qualified, RICS is preferred
Tier 1 contracting background, ideally from a top 20 contractor
Track record of running projects with self delivery experience
Knowledge of main standard forms of contract including NEC and JCT
Presentable and articulate
