Sub Agent
This leading Tier 1 Main Contractor are looking for Senior Sub Agent to work on an iconic Rail project based in London.
As a Sub Agent, you will be reporting to the Senior Package Manager and be leading the management any of the following works: normal & heavy duty tower cranes, urban realm works including earthworks, utilities, civil works such as retaining walls and attenuation tanks, hard & soft landscaping and, roads and traffic networks. With the support of a team, you will be managing current subcontractors’ deliverables, measuring subcontractor performance, raising health, safety and environment issues, managing day-to day interface activities whilst supporting project reporting and forecasting for the client.
You will also support pre-construction and procurement of future subcontracts with activities included but not limited to setting up construction sequence strategy, scope analysis, identification of scope gaps, production of documentation for procurement, liaising with designers, value engineering proposals for improvement of design and on boarding subcontractors.
You will have the following:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* Ideally, major civils/infrastructure projects related to the rail sector
* Urban realm & tower cranes packages
* A good understanding of contracts such as NEC3
Any previous working interface Network Rail, TfL, Thames Water and/or other Utility providers will be ideal.
