With their fast-growing expansion across the UK, our client is looking to recruit a BREEAM Assessor that can take on high profile projects with no hesitation. You will join a company that will look to develop your skills and give you opportunities outside of the UK.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of two years' experience carrying out BREAAM assessments
Have experience working with clients
Be able to manage their workload effectively
Have managed their own independent projectsResponsibilities:
Manage, develop and support new and existing projects
Deliver and support the co-ordination and completion of BREEAM In-Use Assessments
Support clients in delivering BREEAM In-Use assessments and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainability improvements
Provide sustainability expertise across the BREEAM service line including property management, occupier and landlord relations, and sector specific real estate markets.What our client can offer you:
