We, at Blayze Group, are excited to partner with a leading privately owned Real Estate Developer to assist them in their search for a Quantity Surveyor in East London. Our client specialises in residential-led mixed use developments and have delivered several successful projects across London, with numerous prestigious projects in the pipeline.
The selected candidate will be working on their residential project in London Fields, Hackney. The scheme consists of 58 private-for-sale apartments, and a commercial space to basement. The build duration is estimated to be just over a year more, with a possibility of extending a few more months. The selected candidate will be overlooking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor and responsible for cost reporting, procurement packages, and package management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor and ideally have a degree qualified in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying. They will also have solid experience working with a main contractor or residential developer on large scale RC frame residential projects.
