Self Employed/ Employed Mortgage Advisor
Must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent

We require Mortgage Advisers working on a self employed/ employed basis to include bonus incentives and an excellent ongoing support network.
You must have knowledge of the following:
* Processing mortgages from initial enquiry through to mortgage offer and completion
* Speaking with lenders on a-daily-basis
* Maintaining accurate client records in line with compliance procedures
* Researching Mortgages for clients
* Submitting Mortgage applications to lenders
* Advising clients
* The cases will vary but are predominately Main Residence Purchase & Re-mortgage, B2L Purchase & Re-mortgage, Product Transfer and Commercial Mortgages.
* Manage your Admin & Work load
Your ongoing support network will provide:
* Full sales process and customer focused training.
* Marketing and Lead generation assistance. We can also supply you of leads.
* Full back office Customer Management system accessible from anywhere (100% secure).
* Ongoing monthly 1 to 1 supervision.
* Compliance advice and assistance.
* Case handling / tracking / client liaison.
* Team meetings to share ideas and help grow your client base.
You will be working as part of a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser.
