Are you an experienced EDI Manager looking for an interim opportunity for 6 to 12 months at a salary in the range of £45,000 to £55,000 per year (FTE) depending upon experience. My client, a healthcare charity based in the City Of London, is looking for and EDI expert to support them in putting in place an internal EDI infrastructure. The role will be hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and can be carried out on a 4 or 5 day per week basis.
Working with the HR team, reporting to the Associate Director – People and OD, the EDI Manager will move forward their EDI action plan. The ideal candidate will have: –
– EDI management experience
– Be confident in discussing EDI with a range of audiences
– Experience of implementing an EDI plan
– Be able to develop a range EDI programmes and training (specific and general) by working with the L&D, Recruitment, Data, Communications and Leadership teams
