A contemporary and growing firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers are now looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in London.
The Residential Surveyors role
The Residential Surveyor will be responsible for two residential instructions per week, include producing Homebuyer reports, including Valuations and Building Surveys for private clients and larger firms.
The Residential Surveyor will pride themselves on producing high quality reporting and thorough inspections, making them a top choice for home buyers to use when selling or buying their new home.
The Residential Surveyor will ideally hold
AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
Minimum of 5 years PQE
Homebuyer report experience
Strong knowledge of Building Surveys and Valuations
Provide clients with in depth and personalised advice
Confident client facing and presenting reportsIn Return?
£50,000 – £55,000
