Permanent – £40k plus package and travel

My client is a leading national M&E/ FM services provider with a superb industry reputation and established client base UK wide, due to continued growth they require a Foot Mobile Engineer to work on several key commercial sites in East and Central London

Remuneration:

£40k per annum basic salary

Zones 1 and 2 travel card

As the Foot mobile building services Engineer, you will be: –

Foot mobile building services Engineer will carry out regular PPMs on all Mechanical and electrical plant

Foot mobile building services Engineer will be assisting with breakdowns on all Mechanical plant and Electrical systems

Foot mobile building services Engineer will complete emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamping, ballast changes, small work installs

Foot mobile building services Engineer will benefit from a salary up to £38K + travel card + 25 days holiday + birthday off + company benefits

Foot mobile building services Engineer will be working in the city of London zones 1-2

Requirements for the Building Services Engineer: –

Foot mobile building services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and electrical plant

Foot mobile building services Engineer must have minimum NVQ/ City Guilds level 3 in Plumbing, gas or AC, or electrical installations with 18th edition

Foot mobile building services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on all Mechanical systems
