Sales and operations Administrator (full time preferably)
Surbiton/London based

The client is a growing, successful organisation, winning contracts and we are now looking for an experienced and confident PA/Sales Administrator to join our dynamic and diverse team. Admin tasks will vary according to the changing needs within the company and you may be trained to assist in various departments, allowing scope to grow and develop.
Sales and operations Administrator Responsibilities will include, but not limited to::-
* Researching and typing quotations and sales tenders
* Assisting the recruitment team with sourcing competent and skilled engineers
* Scheduling engineers’ jobs
* Client liaison
* Telephone and on-line queries
* Researching new business opportunities
* Ordering/maintaining stock and processing orders
* Assisting MD, project managers and sales staff
* Assisting with any ad hoc company related admin tasks
To be successful in this Sales and operations Administrator role, you will be able to demonstrate:-
* A good general level of IT skills, including all Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
* Excellent verbal and written English, as well as high level of numeracy
* Minimum GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent, and higher level qualificationsare beneficial
* The ability to confidently work under pressure, sometimes to deadlines
* Confident to proactively manage multiple requests for support and work to deadlines
* Capable of executing and prioritising multiple requests for support
* Able to deliver high standards of customer service and care, and a positive, teamworking attitude, with communication and collaborative working
* Preferably current social media skills (Linkedin/Twitter/Facebook)
