In House Recruiters – Global Oil and Gas Corporation Contract

Due to high business demand we are recruiting a small number of committed experienced Recruiters to build on the existing team of in house recruiters within a corporate global Oil and Gas organization. The group of recruiters work together to recruit suitable high-level candidates for hire both in the UK and abroad, and organise interviews and workshops throughout the year. Travel to domestic and international recruitment events will be required to source candidates. You will be working with teams of high achievement individuals, who are professional, corporate, and self motivated. Duties include:

– Sourcing and contacting potential candidates from a selection of sources
– Liaising with overseas HQ re requirements
– Coordinating interviews
– Tracking all activities
– Conducting pre-employment presentations for successful candidates
– Attending workshops

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree – preferably HR, Business, Management or a related field, and will have a minimum 5 years relevant experience, have a strong focus on candidate sourcing and head-hunting. You will be working in a multi-cultural corporate office where excellence at what you do is key.
