Description
As the Project Delivery Partner, you'll work with all areas of the business to ensure that RCOT are able to manage and deliver projects in a way that is effective, efficient and in line with the latest in project practice and innovation
Manage the delivery of key strategic projects
Work with the business to promote and support high-quality project management practice in line with RCOT's project management framework
Deliver training, coaching and other support for PMs in project activity like project design, budgeting, planning, risk management and change control
Provide advice, support, and potentially remedial activities to turnaround projects "at risk",
Produce project reports and updates for a range of audiences
Provide quality assurance on key project outputs including risk and reporting
Support the continued development of RCOT's project management methodology.
To carry out any other duties including ad hoc projects as may reasonably be requested in pursuance of the post.Profile
Extensive experience of managing complex and varied projects.
Highly developed understanding of project management principles and practice
Possess strong core project management skills including planning, risk management and stakeholder management
Ability to form effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Able to provide effective coaching and training
Highly analytical with excellent numeracy, written and verbal skills
Strong understanding of using technology to improve services.
Possess high levels of enthusiasm to live and model RCOT's values across all areas of work.
Demonstrable passion for embedding environmental sustainability principles across all areas of work including equity, diversity and belonging.
