Hybrid office and remote working
Great job opportunity for an experienced Sales and Customer Service Advisor, based out of a fast-paced modern office in the heart of Canary Wharf.
You will be working for one of the worlds` biggest providers of outsourced customer service in the world, a company with over 27000 staff across 21 countries worldwide.
You will be working out of their fantastic London office where they have provided great employee areas laden with facilities to make working there the best experience they can, the office benefits from stylish breakout areas to pool tables and ping pong tables for employees to relax and recharge throughout the day.
You will play a key role as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor in the day-to-day servicing of customers` needs and be the face and voice of a large global brand.
As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve:
" Managing a portfolio of existing clients upselling various products based on the clients needs
" Handling customer queries around payments/orders ect
" No cold calling
" provide advice and update the accounts of existing customers where needed

Having some previous experience in a Sales and Customer Service role would be an advantage. Ideally, you`ll also be flexible, strive to deliver an excellent customer experience and be able to use your own initiative to drive results.
Salary: £20,800 + Sales Commission
