Our International Law Firm client is currently seeking a new Client Services Executive to join their busy and growing Client Services function on a permanent basis in their London Office. This role would be well suited to an experienced Legal EA who has extensive experience dealing with Lawyers and Clients. The role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home and is offering a generous salary of up to £50,000.
The goal of the team is to provide top quality service to clients throughout the firm. The firm aspire to be number one in client services and client satisfaction, delivering a cohesive and slick service at all times, the Client Services function will facilitate this and coordinate with all other business services and legal teams to provide the best service possible. The Client Services Executive joining the team will be a role model for stellar service delivery demonstrating a collaborative working style within the team, with partners and their legal teams and with fellow business services professionals. The main duties in this role will be to liaise with External Clients, Client Relationship Partners, legal teams and other business services teams on how to best service Client needs. The Client Services Executive will need to keep up to date with client knowledge, help provide due diligence checks, audits, research, relationship management and more. This role has the potential to offer line management responsibility of a Client Services Administrator.
This role would suit a candidate who is experience in balancing heavy workloads and who is adept at interacting with clients and internal stakeholders. Line management experience is preferred but not essential. Standard hours are 9am – 5pm. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £50,000
