Our client is a leading organisation within the responsible investment industry. They are looking for an experienced and efficient PA to assist them through a busy period. The appointed candidate will work closely with the existing EA, taking instructions in how to support the stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
Provide PA support to key stakeholders, including diary management, travel, meeting control, logging contact information on the CRM and expenses.
Ensure a proactive and first-class service is provided to the content leadership team, including operational planning and delivery and tracking/capturing priorities.
Building strong relationships with a wide range of contacts, including highly important external stakeholders, and tracking contacts, as necessary.
Prepare and collate information and documentation required by the leadership team in advance of meetings as per the EA's instructions
Deliver on ad hoc projects as and when required
Team coordination, administrative duties requiring you be advanced in all MS Offices Suites
Taking notes at meetings, typing up those notes and distributing accordingly to relevant team
Tracking all information in relevant places including SharePoint
Proactively checking in with EA to ensure all work is to deadline, assisting with additional duties if required and being of a general support to her.

Experience of working as a PA, in a hands-on role
Experience of building systems and processes to improve workflows
Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, meet deadlines and juggle competing demands
Excellent attention to detail, including ability to proofread documents and emails and produce work at a consistently high quality
Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills, with an ability to apply confidentiality
A collaborative and consultative approach to working with others at all levels in the organisation, the ability to foster an inclusive working environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships, both internally and externally
