PA to Global Director – Law Firm
Permanent – Hybrid – 3 days office based – 2 days home based
London – City
My client, an established Law Firm based in the City are seeking a PA to Global Director, with some support to the wider team. Please note this is not a Legal PA role.
Duties will include:
Busy and complex diary management
Scheduling meetings and events
Board notes and agendas
Inbox and email management
Gatekeeping and managing calls
Typing of documents / Audio typing
Taking minutes, writing up action points and distributing
Communicating with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have
The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting at C-Suite level, within a corporate environment. You will be highly organised with advanced level MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to pick up new systems.
You will have a keen eye for detail, an analytical mind, outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise and build relationships at all levels confidently and comfortably.
You will have a fast and accurate typing speed, be an efficient audio typist who is also a confident minute taker.
