We are looking for a Business Support person B5 who will work in a flexible and high quality business support across a number of workstreams principally within the Children and Young People Mental Health/ Emotional Wellbeing; and Homeless Health Programmes, and as required the wider Health and Care Partnership team.
Working closely with the team, you will be expected to :
provide excellent administration and operations support to your allocated programmes of work, including arranging meetings, minute-taking, project support and administration, and managing the administration processes of the team.
coordinate activities to support project working groups and programme boards support the team of commissioning and project managers with programme reporting and ensuring deadlines are met
support the Head of Transformation with diary management actively engage and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners across SWL, including commissioner, providers, and clinicians
provide general commissioning and administration support to the workstreams as
You will need to be:
highly organised and possess excellent time management, with attention to detail and able to adapt to changing requirements and a reliable team player.
work in a proactive manner, identifying problems and proposing solutions and alternative courses of action.
Educated to degree level
Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis
Basic knowledge of project principles
Previously worked in similar position within the public sector
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including word, excel,PowerPoint)
Skills for communication on complex information and administrative matters requiring developed interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills good minute taking ability
Ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data, and letters
negotiating, networking and persuasive skills
Analytical problem solving skills and ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands
Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise
Planning skills for supporting project management
Management skills for managing aspects of projects ensuring they meet financial targets.
