Salary: £25k basic + £33k OTE

A competitive basic salary of £25,000

Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through lead generation of new prospects via the phone, email and social media
Using a variety of tools and techniques, create outreach strategies for new lead generation
Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
Support senior sales team members on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
This role grants real autonomy and encourages a creative approach when it comes to prospecting; offering excellent progression opportunities
Educated to degree level
Comfortable working in target-driven environments
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Confident engaging with individuals of all levels of seniority
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
